Welcome to Lust for Lit!
This book club is a haven for passionate readers, open to anyone eager to share their love for literature. We will planto gather once a month in a safe, public space where every voice is celebrated and cherished.
Meetings will be held in Fairfield county and New Haven county locations.
Each meeting, we will dive into a new selection chosen by YOU—our amazing members—with our book choices rotating monthly.
Our gatherings will be filled with fun freebies and engaging activities that ignite your love for reading.

First Lust for Lit meetup - Saturday, September 28, 2024

Our first meeting will be at the Stratford Public Library! I am so excited to discuss our September book, The Unfortunate Side Effects of Heartbreak and Magic by Breanne Randall. There will be snacks and refreshments for everyone and even some bookish goodies to take home!
At the end of the meeting we will be choosing a book for October, so please think of a book you would like to read for next month so we can do a fun vote during the meeting!
If you have a physical copy of our September book, I encourage you to bring it with you so we can take some cute book club photos together!
If you don’t finish the book in time or didn’t get a chance to read it, but still want to join in and hang out with us, that is totally okay! You are still more than welcomed to participate.
The meeting will be located at the Stratford Library in their Board Room, located on the lower level. I will post a video showing which way to go through the library to get there as the date approaches. The librarians at the front desk will also be available to show you where the meeting is.
There is a large parking lot available behind the library where the Baldwin Center is located.
